West Bengal Handicap Rights Commission - WBHRC celebrated world disabled day on 3rd Dec 2016 at Esplanade, Kolkata. WBHRC is the nations premier civil rights organization of, by and for differently abled individuals in India. In the occasion of world disabled day WBHRC organized a mass colorful rally participated by all sections of differently abled people namely physically challenged autistic children, 3rd gender and others, more than 20,000 people were participated.
